Next Connex are a Wholesale Data Centre and Internet Infrastructure provider with a unique UK Fibre Network and an equally unique business model that provides Systems Integrators, Service Providers, IT and Software companies and Telco Carriers with:

A wholesale and non-competitive partnership. Unlike data centre owning carriers or network providers, Next Connex does not compete for end-users and does not supply equipment nor software/applications.

Data Centres

Data Centre colocation in a wide range of Data Centres across the UK to meet the specific demands of your clients for power, services, location and price. Next Connex does not own data centres nor lease large amounts of space in a small number of facilities. Instead it has a unique model that leverages its buying power to locate and provision space on a client by client basis, tailoring each solution to the end-user’s requirements.

Flexible solutions including Layer 1 Infrastructure-as-a-Service where rack space and bandwidth can be grown over time and adapted to the end-user’s changing needs supported by our 100Gb, 40Gb and 10Gb Fibre Network.

Connectivity between Data Centres (DCs), Customer Sites and to the internet. Next Connex operates its own dedicated fibre network linking core sites around the UK and is continually expanding this. Next Connex also works with best-of-breed suppliers such as BT, Virgin, Kcom, Vtesse and many others to provide resilient links at any bandwidth across the UK and to Europe and the USA. Our UK Fibre Network is highly resilient delivering robust connectivity for the most demanding of requirements.

A unique “Open Access” model to support data centre operators, including innovative “Build-Out” approach to networks. This enables DC operators to offer clients connections to over 200 carriers through our interconnects at Telehouse North and Harbour Exchange. This unique approach also minimises connection charges and provides shorter lead-times to ensure better customer service.

Data Centre services including racks, power, structured cabling and inter-site bespoke duct networks with multi-core fibre cables.
